    Estimated Delivery Times:

    UK Orders: 7-10 working days from order placement to delivery.

    International Orders: Please allow additional time for customs clearance and international shipping. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location.

    Shipping Costs:

    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected items. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you receive your order in a timely and affordable manner.

    Please note:  

    While we aim to adhere to these estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will keep you updated if there are any significant changes to your order's status.

    Additional Information:

    We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred for international orders.

  • All of our products are made to order to minimise waste and promote sustainability. As such, we are unable to accept returns for items that are not faulty.

    Faulty Items:

    If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within seven days of receiving the item. We will be happy to resolve the issue by either repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost to you.

    Please note:

    Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt to ensure it is not damaged or faulty.

    We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any faulty items.
